Pressure washer nozzle leaking.
Once you ve inserted the o ring inside the pressure washer wand use your finger to make sure that it is seated well in the recess of the nozzle.
Turn your pressure supply up or to the maximum.
When you re sure that the o ring is secure connect the pressure water wand with the pump.
Turn off and disconnect the washer gun.
The pump has pistons inside of it that create pressure to pull the water from the intake and force it out of the nozzle.
The thermal release valve allows hot water to exit the pressure washer if the water temperature becomes excessively high.
Place the pressure washer gun wand or lance into a tabletop vise grip so that you have easy access to the quick connect nozzle at the end of the wand.
Step 2 use a 2 0 mm flathead screwdriver or ice pick to stick and remove the o ring from the quick connect nozzle at the end of a gun wand or lance.

When the water temperature rises above the acceptable limit the thermal.
If your power washer is leaking water directly from the pump and there is no noticeable damage such as a crack on the pump it is likely that the internal piston seals are worn or broken.
Today i fix the leaking wand once and for all.
The leak could be due to the normal operation of the thermal release valve.

Check your garden hose to ensure it is the correct size and does not have any leaks or knots in it.
